Exercise and Tip for Birth Prep #3
Exercise: Make walking a routine. Try to build your pace and distance, but keep the amount of time steady. Walk for 30 minutes 5 days a week. If you have hills in your area, consider walking up hills to push your stamina. The key with exercise during pregnancy, is to avoid becoming out of breath or hyperventilating, and to never over heat.
Tip: If you start to feel any discomfort in your back or pubic bone, wear a pregnancy girdle around your lower belly to help support the weight of your baby and stabilize the bones of your pelvis. You can find a pelvic belt on Amazon for $20.
