Cooked Cauliflower for Veggie Tacos

TACOS on fleek! Ok, so, as much as I’m not a fan of kale (taste wise), I’m not a huge fan of cabbage (smells like fart) 😝. But I just fell in love with this accidental cabbage cookin’ I just made for myself. I was feeling “heavy,” bloated, no energy, and lacked my luster! VEGGIE tacos ELEVATED- with some amazing goodness for your belly! That pink veggie you see! AMAZE. I immediately felt the cleaning and lightness happen (yes…let you mind run wild 😝)! Cruciferous veggies are full of gut cleaning enzymes and vitamin A. They are disease preventative and are so good for your skin. The list goes on and on. Who says veggie tacos aren’t the bomb?! Let’s get light and playful!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 head of purple cabbage
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice -1 tsp turmeric (anti-inflammatory..)
  • dash sea salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil cabbage in pot with water. About 5 minutes.
  2. In a pan, sauté the cooked cabbage in coconut oil (1tblsp).
  3. Add broth, turmeric, salt/pepper, lemon juice and cook for about 3minutes.
  4. Cut up the cabbage in pan. Sauté another 2minutes.
  5. Voila! The most delicious red cabbage EVERRRRR!
  6. Enjoy! Eat straight or add to tacos!

She does extensive work with those suffering from specific-related diseases, hormone imbalances, anxiety, and depression. Her goal is to help guide people in understanding balance and what it means to eat and live intentionally for pure bliss, all while our bodies heal and flourish!

Heal+Thy Woman Project was born when she realized the immense necessity and lack-there-of in women’s health and education. For months she wanted to find a new word for “healthy”–being that “healthy” has lost its value in the every-day. She woke up one morning realizing her life’s passion is in the word “healthy”– “Heal Thy”. She believes that to be truly healthy we must first heal. She explains it in this way, “to have a healthy gut we must first “heal thy” gut”. Heal+ Thy Woman Project has become her sole focus to guide women thru healing and becoming more connected with their own beautiful bodies!
